Arsenal and Chelsea send scouts to watch Aston Villa vs Lille as Man Utd face battle

Arsenal and Chelsea scouts were reportedly watching Leny Yoro in Lille’s game against Aston Villa. It is said that the 18-year-old defender has drawn interest from Manchester United as well. According to reports, the scouts visited Villa Park to observe Yoro’s performance in the Europa Conference League match, in which he played the entire 90 minutes.

The report mentions that Yoro has less than 18 months left on his contract with Lille, and the club is trying to negotiate a longer deal with him. Despite Lille’s efforts, there has been speculation about Yoro potentially leaving at the end of the season. Other than Arsenal and Chelsea, Manchester United is also rumored to be interested in the player.

Yoro has been a regular feature in Lille’s first-team this season, impressing the club’s manager, Paulo Fonseca. Despite this, his team suffered a loss against Villa, with Yoro unable to prevent their defeat. However, Lille’s hopes for the competition still stand ahead of the second leg match in France.
