INEOS chief, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, might miss Man Utd vs Coventry due to other commitments.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe may miss Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final match between Manchester United and Coventry City due to his participation in the London Marathon on the same day. As the owner of a minority stake in United, Ratcliffe has been frequently seen at their matches. However, with the marathon starting at 10am and the football match at 3.30pm, he faces a tight schedule to make it to Wembley in time for kick-off.

Ratcliffe’s previous marathon performance was a time of four hours and 32 minutes, which leaves him with limited time for recovery and travel to Wembley. Road closures in central London further complicate his journey. Ratcliffe has expressed his love for distance running and confirmed his participation in the London Marathon earlier this year.

He has faced training challenges due to a hamstring injury, but remains determined to participate. Whether he will be able to make it to the match in time remains to be seen. Last year’s FA Cup runners-up, Manchester United, are set to face Coventry City for a chance to reach the final.
