Bournemouth star Lloyd Kelly is attracting plenty of interest ahead of the summer transfer window. The defender is in the final six months of his deal with the Cherries and suitors are queuing up in the hope of securing his services when he becomes a free agent. Kelly was heavily linked with a move to Tottenham throughout the summer transfer window, with AC Milan also hoping to lure him away from the Vitality Stadium. However, Bournemouth remained firm on their stance that the defender was not for sale.
The 25-year-old has played as a centre-back and also showcased his versatility with strong showings at left-back, and his performances have not gone unnoticed. Kelly is weighing all of his options up, with clubs abroad hoping that the prospect of playing football in Europe will prove persuasive in negotiations. Napoli, AS Roma, and Juventus have also held talks with Kelly’s entourage to sound out their interest and learn more about his desires if he is to leave Bournemouth. However, the defender is yet to make any definite decision on his future and will be keen to wait until the Premier League season has concluded before making his decision and entering negotiations with any of his suitors.
