Chelsea has already identified two managers to replace Mauricio Pochettino, according to reports.

The recent heavy defeat of Chelsea by Arsenal has put Mauricio Pochettino’s position in jeopardy, with reports indicating that Chelsea’s co-owner Todd Boehly may consider looking for a new manager. Despite hopes of improvement after Pochettino’s appointment, Chelsea’s performance has remained inconsistent, as highlighted by their recent 5-0 defeat at the hands of Arsenal. Pochettino is scheduled to have a post-season evaluation with the Chelsea hierarchy to assess the club’s current state. Reports suggest that Sporting boss Ruben Amorim and Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi are potential candidates to replace Pochettino.

Amorim is reportedly being courted by other clubs, such as West Ham and Liverpool, while De Zerbi has recently been linked to the vacant Liverpool managerial position. Both managers have seen their stock rise due to their successful management of their respective teams. Young player composition of Chelsea’s squad has been cited by Pochettino as a factor in the team’s inconsistent performance. If Chelsea decides to make a change, they may face competition for the services of Amorim and De Zerbi from other high-profile clubs, such as Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
