Nottingham Forest’s Outrage at VAR and Accusation of Luton Fan Towards Referee Reported by Express.co.uk

Everton defender Ashley Young escaped penalty decisions over three controversial incidents, leaving the visiting fans furious. He kicked through Gio Reyna and then blocked Callum Hudson-Odoi’s cross with his arm, but no penalty was given on either occasion. VAR Attwell did not recommend overturning the decisions, despite the visitors’ protests. Nottingham Forest accused VAR official Stuart Attwell of bias and expressed their frustration on social media.

They threatened the PGMOL with actions, citing “three extremely poor decisions” and warning about VAR’s alleged bias. Ex-Premier League official Mark Clattenburg also criticized the decisions made against the team this season.
