Graeme Souness secures new position as ex-Sky Sports analyst reappears on television

Graeme Souness is set to make a return to TV screens this summer, as reports indicate he will be working for ITV at Euro 2024. Known for his on-air verbal battles with Simon Jordan, the Liverpool legend has also been producing a podcast with Jordan, where they discuss current football issues.

Souness, who has also managed teams like Liverpool, Rangers, Blackburn Rovers, Southampton, and Newcastle, continues to write regular columns for the Daily Mail, expressing his no-nonsense persona. He has previously urged Gareth Southgate to stay with England and criticized ex-United midfielder Paul Pogba.

Souness will be providing analysis alongside Joleon Lescott, Jill Scott, Eli Aluko, Joe Cole, Karen Carney, Ian Wright, and ex-Sky colleagues Roy Keane and Gary Neville. Despite the pressure for pundits to be politically correct, Souness remains committed to his direct and honest style, vowing to never retire.

He emphasizes the importance of being honest and real in today’s media landscape.
